  • YOGA INSTRUCTION

    Yoga instruction for optimal physical fitness + overall wellness. Services include private, group, and community.

    PRIVATE | Private 1:1 or group sessions at Asana with Annie's Studio, virtual, or agreed upon location between Client & Annie.*

    GROUP | Group yoga held at your event, business, or AirBnB.

    COMMUNITY | Yoga Tone studio classes at Duality Waco on Mondays at 12:00PM, outdoor yoga in the beer garden at Brotherwell at 7PM, and group yoga during our quarterly wellness events at small businesses in Waco.

    *Personal training is offered to achieve your fitness goals through strength and resistance training with Coach Annie (under consultative guidance by Coach Rey).

  • WELLNESS COACHING

    Wellness coaching for weight loss, stress management, and boosting confidence. Services include private coaching in-person or virtual on a regular cadence (based on your needs and schedule). Can be paired with private/group yoga instruction for a complete wellness program.

  • HOLISTIC HEALTHY LIVING

    Holistic approach to healthy living for inner + outer radiance is applied to all services (while intuitively catering to your needs, goals, and life). Available for clients interested in quality + plant-based products.
